Highlights: Coleman was named MIAA Offensive Player of
the Week three times and through 7 games has already established
new school records for rushing touchdowns (16), total touchdowns
(18) and scoring (108 pts). He also set a Central
Missouri State single-game record with 271 yards rushing on 47
carries against Southwest Baptist. He currently ranks 1st
in NCAA Division II in scoring, 10th in rushing, and 17th in
all-purpose yards. He leads the Mid-America
Intercollegiate Athletic Association in rushing (124.3 ypg),
all-purpose yards (150.1 ypg, and scoring (15.4 ppg).

He has 138 carries for 870 yards, 16 touchdowns, and a long run
of 60 yards. He has 5 receptions for 50 yards and 1
touchdown, 2 kickoff returns for 99 yards and 1 touchdown and 3
punt returns for 32 yards.
Career Awards and
Accomplishments: He lettered as a freshman last season
while finishing 2nd in the MIAA in kickoff return average and
10th in all-purpose yards. he rushed for 532 yards on 100
carries and scored 8 touchdowns, and he caught 19 passes for 174
yards and 2 touchdowns. He averaged 27.6 yards on 14
kickoff returns. This season, he has set school records
for single-game rushing (271 yds), single-season rushing
touchdowns (16), single-season total touchdowns (18) and scoring
(108 pts). He has helped lead Central Missouri State to a
7-0 record and No. 6 ranking in AFCA Poll and No. 1 ranking in
the Midwest Region this season. He helped lead Central to
a school record 10-2 record in 2001 and the Mineral Water Bowl,
where he rushed for 102 yards.
